Genzmath has no account, no profile and no analytics. Your history stays on your iPhone. To write an answer, the two words you enter are sent to our answer service and passed to an AI model — and then discarded.
There is no account to create, and the app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no attribution software. We do not ask for your name or email, and we do not receive any device or advertising identifier.
The one thing that does leave your iPhone is the pair of words you ask Genzmath to calculate, and only at the moment you press Calculate. We do not write them to a database or a log file, and because nothing identifying travels with them, we could not attribute them to you even if we kept them.
Genzmath has three ways of writing an answer, and it uses the first one available:
Your saved history, your favourites and everything the app has already produced stay on your iPhone throughout. They are never uploaded, under any of the three.
If an answer is inappropriate, the app can open a pre-filled email so you can tell us. Nothing is sent unless you press send in your own mail app, and what you send is an ordinary email that we read like any other.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Payment is handled entirely by Apple and we never see your card details, billing address, or any payment information. We receive only the aggregate, anonymous sales reporting that Apple provides to developers, which cannot be traced back to an individual.
Clearing your history in the app removes it. Deleting the app removes everything the app has stored. That is the whole of it: your history never leaves your iPhone, we do not store the words sent to the answer service, and there is no account to close.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and can be cancelled at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Genzmath is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. Because we collect no personal information at all, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date at the top.
